Ingredients:
Serves 3 pax

Ingredients for pork – marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours

380g of prime ribs
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger juice
6 cloves of grated garlic
1 tablespoon of Chinese white rice wine
A few dashes of white pepper
Egg white of an egg
1/2 cup of cornflour

Other ingredients
———
1 bulb of chopped garlic

Sprinkle the crispy garlic on the pork before serving.

  2. The right way to do it, only that some garlic should be crushed into juice in the marinated mix. And most important, add corn starch mix AFTER you have added all the marinated already, just so the corn starch can wrap aound the ribs, so the juice stay inside while firing.

  3. love this, will give it a go. just a quick one though, I will be using an electric deep frying for this, can you please advise the rough temperature for the medium and high (for the double fry). Ribs looks awesome but feel a bit sorry for your dogs salivating over the ribs…..:)
