Ingredients list for Chinese Steamed Fish
1 Whole fish About
1 root Ginger Cut half of ginger
4 Spring onion Cut half of it into 3" pieces
1 Red chilli pepper
2-3 tbsp Cooking oil
3 tbsp Light soy sauce Or regular soy sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp White pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil
