CHOCOLATE APPLE MOUSSE

2 apple
110g Dark Chocolate
🍎 Peel, chop & boil apples until soft. Drain and cool for 5 mins
🍫 Melt dark chocolate on double boiler or microwave
🍎 Blend apple and chocolate until smooth transfer in cups or 4inch ring.
🍫 Refrigerate until set. Garnish with nuts and enjoy
