Ive always thought its more difficult to eat with a knife and fork than with chopsticks.
I learned how to use chop sticks when I was 4 yrs old. Our landlord was Japanese when we lived in Hawaii.
More Pang please!. Old style NYC Cantonese food is almost gone. Please guys, HELP! not everyone can eat modern blistering spicy Asian fusion meals. 💋

It would have been better if the video was titled “Using Chopsticks 101”. I was expecting to see the different types of chopsticks in different cultures and so on instead.

That might work, but I am almost 60 and it is too late change my grip now ha ha.
The stationary stick rests on my middle finger. The moving stick is held by my thumb and forefinger – only the forefinger moves with the stick. 😎
What I did to sort of "master" using chopsticks is I spent almost two years just using chopsticks for eating practically anything. I would even bring chopsticks with me even at restaurants. There are probably better, more efficient way of doing it though.

I taught myself to use them following instructions from YouTube hahaha. I practiced picking up peas.
