Ingredients:-
Chicken- 1 1/2 Kg (cut into 8 pieces)
Green Chillies- 5 TO 6 NOS
Ginger- 1 Big Square Piece (Finely Chopped- 2 tbs)
Big Onion- 3 nos (Half Slices)
Cinnamon- 1 Big Piece
Cardamom- 10 nos (small)
Cloves- 8 nos
Whole Pepper- 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chillies- 15 nos
Coriander Powder- 1 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil- 4 tbs + 2 tbs
Fenugreek Powder- 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt- According to taste
Vinegar- 1 1/2 tsp to 3 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
