BBQ PULLED BEEF RECIPE:
– 3Lb chuck roast or stew meat
– 1 onion
– BBQ rub
– Smoked paprika
– 1 root beer (or broth + 2 tbsp brown sugar)
– 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
You can make this in the instant pot, slow cooker, or oven. Brown your beef and separately saute your onions until they are soft. Add all the ingredients and mix making sure the onions are covered in liquid. If you’re using the instant pot, cook on Manual (high) for 90 min with a 10 min natural release.
