unas chuletas de pescado pero con una forma muy parecida como si fuera de cordero, la mejor forma que encontré fue esta y hace el efecto como si fueran de cordero.
El sabor quedó espectacular ya que la farsa tiene muy buen aliño y la salsa de mantequilla blanca con el aceite de codium y el caviar de @umai.caviar le dan un toque espectacular y muy umami!🙌🏻

La técnica es complicada pero con algo de tiempo y paciencia puede resultar muy agradable de trabajar.

I wanted to make some fish cutlets but with a very similar shape as if they were lamb, the best shape I found was this one and it makes the effect as if they were lamb.
The flavor was spectacular since the farce has a very good seasoning and the white butter sauce with the codium oil and the caviar from @umai.caviar give it a spectacular and very umami touch! 🙌🏻

The technique is complicated but with some time and patience it can be very nice to work with.
