Extra Virgin olive oil is for cold prep not cooking. For cooking you should use regular olive oil. But it still looks amazing
I pulled mine our an hour early to check the temp and it was overcooked… pork is done at 145 F… mine was over 200 F… but still edible. Maybe my oven but I wish it was more tender.
