Churrasco Picanha, Pineapple, Bacon Wrapped Turkey Grilled to Perfection



This Grilled Picanha Steak, Pineapple, Vegetables, and Turkey wrapped bacon is deliciously grilled to perfection. Churrasco steak is popular in Brazilian steakhouses. It’s a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth bite of good meat cooked over charcoal with simple seasoning.

If you’ve ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you’re familiar with picanha. It’s that delicious steak they bring to your table on skewers and slice it freshly grilled right onto your plate. I don’t know about you, but I struggle to say no when this cut of beef is offered, no matter how full I am. It’s just that good.

  1. My wife grow up in Brazil her parents were missionaries. There's a couple of different styles. A lot of it has to do with seasoning the meat. She normally does it with garlic lemon and limes and olive oil and I think salt. I think that's the Gaucho Style
