  2. I've day dreamed about a bbq food truck or making bbq for a living in general. Winning this offset would give me the push to finally start a business.

    Edit: I love the channel and your videos but $50 for a mug I don't need is just too steep to participate. I hope the winner puts it to good use. I'd like to see a whole hog on it if you are planning to use this pit in other videos.

  3. Question:
    Can I smoke a pre-cooked roast? We don’t have time to smoke the whole thing before Easter dinner, so I thought I’d cook it the day before and then throw it in the smoker on Sunday to give it some flavor.

  4. Omg this would be amazing to win! Would seriously boost my catering abilities for my new business! Would love to see how briskets would cook using just the 2 ends (closest to the fire box and closest to the stack) and compare how each one cooked on something this big!
