Today, I’m making a classic beef stew recipe with carrots and potatoes. I’m also adding some wine for a French-style flavor that’s guaranteed to impress your guests. This slow cooked beef stew is perfect for year round, but especially during the cold winter months. Enjoy this stew recipe with rice or freshly toasted bread! Ingredients
3 lbs Chuck Beef Cubed
2 Yellow Onions
3 Celery Sticks
5 Carrots
⅓ cup Tomato Paste
4 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Pinot Noir or Red Wine of Choice
1 ½ cups Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Beef
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
2 Sprigs of Thyme
2 Sage Stems
2 Rosemary
2 Cubed Potatoes
1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
¼ cup Peas *optional
