Coca Cola BBQ Recipe That Will Surely WOW the Crowd!

Here’s a BBQ recipe that will definitely enjoy by the whole family. It is so good that I know for sure you will make it again and again! I promise 🙂

Ingredients:
2 liters Coca Cola Bottle, reserve 1 to 1 1/2 cups coke for the sauce
1 onion, quartered
4-6 cloves or 1 head garlic, peeled and mashed
3-4 pc bay leaves
2 tsp whole peppercorns
2 lbs or 1 kilo beef short ribs or use baby back ribs
Sauce:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup coke (previously reserved)
1 cup ketchup, I used banana sauce (hot and spicy)
1 tbsp mustard
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
