  1. Coconut creamy pasta, made with roasted peppers, mushrooms and chickpeas 🤤.

    Ready in less than 25 minutes and super delicious.

    Ingredients:
    – 170g spaghetti pasta
    – 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
    – 2 bell peppers
    – 125g mushrooms
    – 1 onion
    – 5 garlic cloves
    – 1 tsp dried thyme or mixed herbs
    – fresh basil
    – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    – 1 1/2 tsp paprika
    – 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
    – 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    – 1 cup cooked chickpeas

    Next time we might roast the chickpeas first to take this dish to another level.

  2. Came for the ingredients!!!! 🥰 Glad I found them! Definitely going to make this… My favorite is Alfredo Sauce but I'm lactose intolerant… Thus, I stay away from dairy… So, this should be great because I already use a lot of coconut milk as a sub for dairy. ✊🏾💪🏾🏹🎯💞
