I cooked this for dinner last night and it was amazing. Although I didn't have tomato paste used tomato sauce and didn't have fresh tomatoes, used can with herbs and let drain. It was soooo good. Hubby and I have been eating the rice all day. It makes a lot, especially for 2 people.
