I really enjoy the eat clean series please keep the videos coming. 🙂
I wished she had scraped some of the coconut flesh to put into the smoothie, that would definitely give it a great kick in flavour too 😀
Open it with the coco jack!
what blender do you use?
I HATE bottled coconut water, because I grew up with fresh coconut water out of the green coconuts. The taste is SO. MUCH. BETTER. And you get to enjoy the "jelly" inside the coconut after you drink all the water.
I got so nervous when she was using that thin knife to cut into that coconut. I'm used to people cutting coconuts with large thick knifes like the meat cleavers, my mom always said that it's much more likely that you will cut yourself with a light knife since you have to hack at the coconut a lot more times than with a machete.
I need to try using coconut water. I always make milk based smoothies like almond milk soy milk etc❤️❤️
And we just toss the young coconut meat? Awesome.
Mmmmmm………… Trader Joes and Whole Foods carry fresh coconuts all the time. Everyone that thinks they are hard to find, they are not.
Just saying………….
lol she cut the wrong end of the coconut. It's like watching one of those videos where you give an acorn to a baby squirrel that has never shelled a nut before, and he does it all wrong.
Ha! so easy and cool!
My local chain grocery has coconuts.
I'd really like to know where you think your viewers will get these coconuts. Great recipe, but somewhat unrealistic for the average viewer.
HEY!
thanks so good
