3 Tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
1/3 Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Water
Mix Well
Beat the Mixture
Beat Until Fluffy & Change the Colour
Keep Aside
½ Cup Whipped Cream
Beat the Cream
Beat Until Soft Peaks
3 Tbsp Condensed Milk
Mix Well
Add Coffee Mixture
Mix Gently
½ Cup Milk
½ Tsp Coffee Powder
Dip Biscuits
Place in Glass
Pour Coffee Mousse
Some Cocoa Powder
Serve Immediately or Serve Chilled

I can't get the coffee mixture to change color or thicken to move on to next step
how many (grams) in your (1 cup) ?
