Colorful dinner using 3 bell peppers and chicken breast. I’ve licked the tray!
Ingredients:
bell peppers – 6 pieces
chicken breast – 500 g (17.64 oz)
eggs – 3 pieces
sour cream – 200 g (7 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oregano – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
Tray size 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 ˚C (356 °F)/30 MIN
