  1. Love this- as always now I have to try these myself. Thanks, ATK! I will take issue with the notion that an egg carton does anything to the temperature of an egg. The carton is inert and uses NO energy, therefore it can't source or sink heat (i.e. affect the temperature). Put another way, the carton is just a container.

  2. who eats a crispy edged egg. yuck. when I see a crispy edge, I think the cook doesn't know how to cook. I think a great cook does over easy eggs picture perfect, flipped and plated like on a magazine cover.

  3. Due to my disabilities I now cook eggs in my air fryer and they are the most delicious eggs I have ever made! I can easily control the temperature where I can't necessarily on the stove and I can't see into the pan on the stove.
