I'm right in the middle. I used to cook and bake professionally. I still love to do both at home. I love learning new crazy baking recipes. The really complicated stuff that only professional pastry chefs would really do. I'm all self-taught or learned from my parents and grandmother.

I'm a professional bread baker, and I love to cook at home. It saves so much money, and most of the time what I cook at home is better than most restaurants.
