「なすの肉詰めの甘辛焼き」 ■材料 (2人分) ・豚ひき肉 150g ・なす 2本 ・長ねぎ 10cm ・サラダ油 大さじ1/2 ・片栗粉 大さじ1 ・水 大さじ2 ☆肉だね調味料 ・酒 大さじ1 ・塩 小さじ1/4 ・こしょう 少々 ・おろししょうが 小さじ1/3 ・片栗粉 大さじ2 ★調味料 ・酒 大さじ1 ・みりん 大さじ1 ・砂糖 大さじ1/2 ・しょうゆ 大さじ1と1/2 ■手順 (1)なすはへたのまわりに包丁で1周浅く切れ目を入れ、がくを取り除く。縦に半分に切り、端から5mm内側を包丁で1周切れ目を入れ、スプーンでくりぬく。ボウルに水(分量外:適量)を入れ、なすを浸して5分おく。くりぬいた中身は粗みじんに切る。ねぎはみじん切りにする。 (2)ボウルに豚ひき肉、ねぎ、刻んだなす、☆を入れて粘りが出るまで混ぜ、4等分にする(肉だね)。 (3)キッチンペーパーでなすの水気をふきとり、内側に片栗粉をまぶす。肉だねを1/4量詰め、隙間のないようにしっかりとなすに押さえつける。同様に計4つ作る。 (4)フライパンにサラダ油を入れて中火で熱し、4を肉だねを下にして並べる。焼き色がついたら裏に返し、水を加えてふたをして、肉に火が通るまで弱火で10分蒸し焼きにする。 (5)★を加えて照りが出るまでからめる。(肉だねがはがれないようにスプーンでタレをまわしかけるようにからめてください。) 🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊 番組を見た人全員にチャンス！ 抽選で200名様にPontaポイント 1,500ポイントが当たる！🎁 気になる人は本編をクリック 🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊🎁🎊 ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- 声：音読さん source
