  1. How sweet of you to make such a big meal with so many recipes and in plenty of time to gather what we might need! I'm full already just watching you cook and enjoying your dinner with Mr. Brown. Thank you Lori ❤Your kindness and caring is felt, you look radiant and well, and I love how you aim those egg shells right into the sink!

  2. Thank you for this video Ms. Lori. I enjoyed watching this as you remind me of my mom. She had made me german chocolate cake for my birthdays growing up and we also had the brown dinner plates with blue flowers as a kid. I don't know what happened to those plates but can you tell me the brand or where those were made? You blessed me with your video today.

  3. I’m from the PA/Ohio area. I do add one jiffy box cornbread to my stale bread. With onions, celery and little green pepper with seasons. Then it goes into the turkey to cook. That stuffing is so good. It gets all the juice from the turkey in it. My mom used to add oysters to hers. But I never liked that. A few times I added sausage. But I just like it the way I usually make it.

  4. I was always taught that if it is baked outside the bird, in a baking dish or skillet, we usually call it dressing because it accompanies the bird and dresses it up, I.e. dressing. If the mixture is stuffed into the bird, it’s stuffing. Hey, whatever it’s called, it can be delicious and memorable!

  5. Haven’t been watching for awhile, so glad to be back! I live alone…no family to stop by. I’m trying very hard to be content in my circumstances and since I’ll be moving to a smaller, 500 sq ft senior apartment, my prayers is to bloom where I am planted. Always been introverted but asking the lord god to brinfpg me a friend, and may I be a friend. Thank you for your ideas and inspiration. God bless!

  6. Miss Lori You could have roasted a whole chicken and had leftovers for the next day or even used up what is left make chicken salad. I roast a whole chicken or a rump roast every Sunday for dinner. Roasting a chicken is a good substitute for a turkey for a small number of people. Yum Yum

  7. Oh my goodness Miss Lori you created a feast. Looks delicious. Wonderful to see you and Mr Brown always. I got a kick out of it when you mentioned the dishes. 😂. Blessings all around you all always ✨🙏✨

  8. Miss Lorie, I am from Southern Illinois as was my mother and grandmother. When you made that southern cornbread, it brought back such memories because that is exactly how my mom made our dressing. Wishing you and Mr. Brown and the rest of your family, a blessed holiday and a Happy Thanksgiving.

  9. Ms. Lori, you look so pretty. I love watching your videos. I still have 1 at home for at least one more year before he goes to college and then I’ll be cooking for 2. That’ll be hard because teenage boys can put some food away! lol
I have a question and I don’t mean any disrespect. Why do you call your husband “Mr. Brown”? I’m sure you have a reason. I was just wondering. Please, don’t take this with any disrespect. I have a lot of respect for you and your husband. Thanks and God bless❤

  10. My family lived in Texas for many years before we returned to Arkansas. We went to the Hill Country one Thanksgiving and for dinner we went to a very nice buffet and I guess we looked like the Beverly Hillbillies going in . Our attire was nice and proper but our kids were little and they had set a fountain in the lobby that had orange juice flowing in it and pretty little stemmed glasses. We don’t drink and did not know that our kids were guzzling Mimosas . Some snooty mother came over and educated us good and proper. I wanted to leave and go to McDonald’s. But we had already paid over 80.00 for two adults and the kiddos were free. They had cornbread dressing and I put some on my plate and sat down and when I bit into it it was chocked full of pecans . I like pecans but in a pie not in dressing. There were several different varieties of Turkey But the dressing all had some oddity in it. We were supposed to go on a trail ride and BBQ that night at YO ranch but our kids were sleeping off their mimosas so we stayed in and watched the bats flying around.

  11. To everyone who has commented they're alone. Loving thoughts and prayers for you this holiday season. We're never alone. The Great Comforter, Our LORD's Holy Spirit is always with us. Hubby and I enjoy watching you cook. We cook together and especially enjoy holiday cooking and baking. It's a beautiful thing to enjoy the kitchen with your "love". Sometimes the best part of the videos is watching Mr. & Mrs. Brown dine together! ❤God bless y'all and your loved ones!
