詳しいレシピはこちら👇 【焼き肉キンパ】 カリッと焼けた豚バラの中に、 キムチとご飯を仕込んでボリューミー！ 甘辛ダレが絡んでチーズもとろり ウマすぎ注意！な、焼き肉キンパ😋 巻かずに折りたたんで 焼くから、 巻すがなくてもできますよ！ ぜひやってみて下さい♪ 【材料3人分】 豚バラ薄切り肉 250g キムチ 50g 青じそ 4～5枚 ご飯 100ｇ とろけるチーズ ５０ｇ 海苔 4枚 片栗粉 小さじ2 スプラウト 少々 ごま 適量 焼肉のタレ、水 各大さじ2 みりん 大さじ1 ごま油 小さじ1 《作り方》 下準備 青じそは洗って水切りしておく。 ① パックの中でならんた豚バラ薄切り肉を 全体にくっついたまま一枚に広げ、 片栗粉（大さじ1）をふりかけ、 上からラップで押さえて均一な厚みに広げる。 ② ご飯をラップで包んで10㎝四方、2～3㎝の 厚みに成型する。 海苔にごま油をたらし、2枚をすりあわせて、 片面だけに塗り広げる。 ③ 豚バラ肉の中心部（10㎝四方）に 海苔を縦に長めに飛び出るように置き、 中心にご飯を置く。 その上にとろけるチーズ、キムチ、青じそをのせる。…
