  1. Hi there ! Watched your recipe looked tempting and yummy. My son in law brought me ready made Masala powder whilst on a holiday to Coorg. Want to prepare following your method, however, could you please mention how much table spoons of the ready-made masala to be added, if cooking 2 kgs of Pork ? The rest proportion of ingredients are understood, the amount of Masala as wel, as the Kachampuli vinegar are vital to this recipe.

  3. Lovely! Will make soon. Ma'am there's a lot of recipes for Coorg Black masala. Some use mustard, fennel, khus khus and what not. Can you give us the authentic masala recipe that we can make using whole spices and store?
