A recipe for Corned Beef Hash which has been used in my family for many years. It uses Princes 100% Corned Beef and other stock cupboard ingredients which are:
1 large tin of Princes Corned Beef
2 tsp oil
2 onions, peeled sliced into rings
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
1 small tin of sweetcorn, drained
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 beef stock cubes
1 tbsp beef gravy granules
black pepper – season to your taste
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 pint of boiling water
2 tins of new potatoes, sliced
50g grated cheese

Did u cook the potatoes before putting them in or do they go in slice and uncooked first?

Sounds like an advert when you say P……. every time you mention corned beef. Can we use other brands of corned beef? Sarcasm! Got to be honest you ruined a good can of corned beef. Not appetising at all.
