Ingredients for the marinade:
1 egg
250 ml vinegar
120 ml olive oil
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Pigwing (or your favorite chicken seasoning)

Great vid, was thinking about buying one of these grills for camping and smaller meals, without wasting so much charcoal on my 22" standard Weber.

Great video. But i seam to burn every thing in the go anywhere Weber. Normal weber kettle or grill its great. Maybe to hot or
Which vents do you keep open or closed on which sides?
Nice. Will try this for sure. With the Weber heat shield and baking grate, you can use the whole grill area. Then when up to temp, take the shield off and grill to finish. Double the food amount.
What is English abut it?
i made these but used cider vinegar as the shop was out of white wine, and only had time to marinade for 4 hours but they were still delicious, thanks for the recipe
I'd just make this in the oven then…. seems like a lot of trouble here when you'll only touch the hot side for a minute only…
