Thank God Cosori didn’t send over the chef……..there’s only one Backyard Chef, he’s called Rik, and hes a bloody genius! This is the pie I dream of. Mince, tatties and pastry. How can you get anything better than that? Rik is shouting ‘Corned Beef’ hahahaha. There’s nowt this man can’t make with Corned Beef! You wanna try his trifle 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪. Seriously Rik, this is genius, absolutely genius. It’s on my list of impressive surprises. People will never expect a pie like this. You only need veg to serve it up, and it could be made ahead of time. Great for visitors coming. Gawd, I love you so much right now, can’t wait to make this.
