"Choose the on with the most meat", good luck with that. Buy beef plate ribs, more meat beefier taste. Stop listening to the people that have no clue. She needs to be educated.
You can spray the butcher paper with water and apple juice to make the paper more pliable
Too thin
I prefer these over plate ribs but I like them smoked.
I have to have 2 of those racks to even think about sharing. 😂 😂
The smoked ribs were to die for. But, the oven ribs are an alternative too. Thanks for showing and detailing both techniques.
Wow, what is this price ???? Wow wow wow.
Man that barbecue sauce looks divine❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ and so does the ribs❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
Was this a sale on beef???
What a beautiful piece of meat?
I've got to become a member somehow❤🎉❤🎉❤
Did y’all see that juice splashing off those red juicy ribs? Awesome looking ribs miss!😮😮😮
Ugh,u did all that,n didn't even wash that meat!! Yuk.never.
Beautiful technique thank you so much for all your great recipes ❤
For my spritz I put the rub mixture in a coffee filter and run it through the coffee maker.
Amazing job with both methods. Very professional
I think I’ll make a trip to Costco but instead of baking them, I’ll smoke them
I don’t know if it is available in America, or if you are even familiar with it, but Ketjap Manis is a condiment that is lovely in a marinade. (And fried rice (nasi) and noodles (bami)).
Looks great
Beef ribs from the grocery store often have very little meat and lots of membrane. My Costco hasn’t offered beef back ribs in a while. Plate ribs, or Dino ribs are the best cut but they can be expensive. That last cut you showed looked amazing. Looks like it was from the chuck section. As always well done.
Smoked method all the way. Looks incredible. Going to try it out.
The only thing I would make to this recipe is to add liquid smoke before the mustard rub. This is add a depth of smoky flavor to the meat.
Smoked I BETTER
Excellent as usual. Thanks for the video.
Amazing again, thank you!!~~
I smoke meats regularly, beef ribs included, your pellet smoker looks like the Woodridge or the pro version. If you want more bark, suggest at least tripling the amount of rub used.
Wow. Wonderful recipe video.
I am so glad you make these videos! My husband is a Costco Asst. Mngr, actually I think at the store you bought these at. I'm always asking him if he has these cuts of meat you showcase LOL. I recently had him bring home a Tri Tip for the 1st time and followed your instructions, it came out great! It is so helpful to see how to prepare and cook these larger pieces of meat. I look forward to all these videos prepping meat and whatever else you share. You have a fantastic channel, thank you for sharing your expertise with us❤❤❤
Well I've never had beef ribs, but one of these days I'm going to buy some if I can find them. You got some nice meaty ones, they both look delicious I think I like the ones in the oven the best. Anything you make though looks good😊 have a nice weekend, everything is in bloom here. 🐝🌻🍉🍅🌽🌶️🍆🥦🥒
Absolutely love all of your videos and have learned so much from you. Please keep making these videos as you are helping so many beginners. Thank you!!
Smoker is the way to go, skip the oven.
Instead of butcher paper can I use parchment? Recipes look great!! Thanks 🇨🇦
Which one was your favorite?
These look so awesome! I've only done pork ribs in the oven and they turn out great. Next time I'm at Costco I'll look at the ribs. Meat right now is quite expensive.
Absolutely love beef back ribs and yours look amazing! Beautiful and delicious presentation ❤❤❤
Wondering if you could help understand about the primal cuts we get at Costco and or Sam’s. I bought a whole strip loin and cut into 1 inch thick steaks. Cooked them up I had 16 steaks. No matter what I did I could not get them tender, worst steaks I ever had. It was a great value but not if I can’t eat em, ended up with stew meat by the end. Any advice
As always, mouth watering.
For the second what are you using to smoke with? Is the smoker just the oven and not actaly smoking the meat? Love your channel , will subcribe 🎉
Love your channel.
If I didn't have beef tallow, would lard be a good substitute?
