I almost had a small stroke when I saw it said 13.99 until I saw it was a per kg. I’m in Texas and I paid 4.99 a lb last night.
They don't sell beef shank at Costco, not like that anyway.
For lamb lovers ….lamb shanks make the best Osso Buco ever……..same recipe just with lamb……it’s huge favourite between my family and friends……even people that don’t like lamb have loved it…..
