This channel has me mesmerized
when my mother cooked something like this the pan did NOT spit or splatter the way this is because the meat was not doubled in weight by having water injected into it under high pressure. This MEAT is pure garbage, it is not juicy, it is SOGGY.

Love your videos. Can you share how you make your tallow? Do you roast it or cook it stovetop? Level of heat? Store in fridge or freezer? I’m surprised that 515grams produces only one cup of tallow.
