  1. Ngl that looks bomb, but just know people need different kinds of nourishment for what their needs are. Not everything is in black and white, and just because because it looks good or someone just mentions research (although likely) without citing it, doesn't mean you need to change your lifestyle instantly. It's good to reference her page for good, healthy recipes, but if you don't have the time, money, or effort to cook that, it's fine.

  2. But they only compared people that eat 10 at most with those that are over 30, I looked at the original study a while backâ€Ļ. Obviously eating more diverse plant based foods is a good idea regardless 🙂

  3. Sadly all the veg and fruits available in farmers markets, stores, etc is all always rotten before you even buy it nowadays, at least in the US. Like I pick it up before even buying it and it’s oozing juices/split open and covered in mold, this happens even at the expensive places & local markets. Often smells bad too.

  4. Well yea, if you eat a larger variety of food you will have a more diverse microbiome to digest the new food. What's the point if you don't eat them anyways? Seems a bit like trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist.

  5. I really need help. I'm seriously always hungry since going vegetarian again. I just don't have time with a family of 9 and I'm the only vegetarian..not to mention there is no vegetarian vegan options to buy where I live. It would be great if I could get my big family to enjoy some too.

  6. 1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered or chopped
    1ÂŊ cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
    1 yellow onion, diced
    1 head garlic, top sliced off
    1 handful spinach, large
    1 zucchini, chopped
    2 sprigs thyme
    ÂŊ cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    olive oil, to taste
    salt and pepper, to taste
    3 cups farfalle pasta, dry
    Âŧ cup cashew cream, or vegan cream cheese
    vegan parmesan, optional, for topping
    Bake veggies @ 400 for 1 hr. Add cooked pasta and pasta water
