    I see that you first fry the lungs in oil and then cook them with vegetables.

    Doesn't the lung become hard if you bake it instead of boiling it with water? How long do you let the lungs simmer before putting in the vegetables. I especially miss that in your videos how long it takes to prepare a dish.🤔😀

  18. Although it is not common in Japan, cow lungs are eaten as grilled meat, stewed meat, tempura, and Korean chijimi style. In the middle of the video, there was a part where it seemed like they were mixing something like soybean paste into mashed fish meat, but there were no subtitles, so I couldn't really understand what was being mixed with what. I would appreciate it if you could explain it to me.
