I’ve used your cowboy baked bean casserole for chili dogs a few times. Topping them with cheese, then baking them in a Dutch oven, oooooo weee! Fresh onion at the end, they are always a crowd pleaser. Bless your heart my friend.

Just the chili on the dog, you can keep the mayo, mustard and ketchup sauce. A true chili dog doesn’t need it.
