    1- 9 ″ deep pie crust
    1/2 pound lump crab meat
    1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
    2 tbsp neutral oil to coat shrimp for seasoning
    1 tbsp butter to cook shrimp
    2 large eggs
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup whole milk
    8 ounce shredded Italian blend cheese
    8 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese blend
    2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning, divided for shrimp
    1 tbsp finely chopped scallions
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion
    1 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
    1 tbsp pimentos
    1 tbsp smoked paprikra
