Crab (ഞണ്ട്) – 650 gm (after cleaning)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) – 4 Tablespoons (60 ml)
Mustard (കടുക്) – ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) – 1 Inch Piece (Crushed)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 8 Cloves (Crushed)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 2 Nos (Chopped)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 3 Sprigs
Onion (സവോള) – 4 Nos (500 gm) – Sliced
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) – 15 Nos (Sliced)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) – 1¼ Tablespoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) – 1¼ Tablespoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) – 1 Teaspoon
Tomato (തക്കാളി) – 1 No (Chopped)
Lime (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) – 1 Teaspoon
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) – ½ Cup (125 ml)
Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) – 1 Teaspoon
