  1. Cheese Butter Toast Cake

    2 mold paper cups
    120g milk
    50g butter
    115g low-gluten flour
    6 egg yolks
    80g cheese slices
    6 egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    125g caster sugar
    Juice from half a lemon
    Method:

    Melt the cheese and butter together, then add egg yolks and mix well. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Add a little sugar and mix again.
    Whisk the egg whites until foamy, then gradually fold into the batter.
    Finally, add the cheese slices and mix thoroughly. Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C-150°C for 40-45 minutes.
