Cooking With Tammy Seasoning:
Creamy Stew Beef Recipe
5-6 lbs beef chuck
oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
all purpose chicken seasoning (Cooking W/ Tammy brand preferred)
2 celery stalks diced
1 medium onion diced
5 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 – 1/2 cup red wine
6 cups beef broth
10.5 oz can Campbell mushroom condensed soup
1 pack onion soup mix
2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
1 sprig fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
2 Bay leaves
8 small red potatoes
3 carrots

I made this for my wifes mom the other day paired with Earl Stevens Selection Function Red wine. It awesome. She loved it so much she let pipe one time. Blame it on the alcohol.
If you don’t want the alcohol from the red wine, try a bit of Balsamic Vinegar!
I made this stew for my family tonight, and it was absolutely perfect. While it was finishing up, I made some buttermilk biscuits to dip in the stew gravy. It was just the right family meal for a rainy Sunday night.

That is beef you can tell by the color pork is whitish. Chicken is white.lamb is a pale red and not a deep red of beef .thank you

No wonder you disabled the dislike button. This is a gross recipe! First mistake, didn't remove the silver skin from the meat while cubing it. Second mistake was adding cream of mushroom soup! Gross! I know many people use flour to thicken their stews but instant tapioca is much better IMO, 0% worry about a flour taste and the tapioca doesn't get lumpy when cooked this way. You don't have nearly enough veggies and why use onions when shallots are far more tasty? I cook my beef stew in a much bigger dutch oven and I have fresh green beans, corn cut off the cob, fresh mushrooms (usually baby portobello) and to make sure it cooks evenly rather than simmering on the stove top I pop it in the oven so it's heated evenly. Nah, I wouldn't recommend this Tammy ladies recipe
