Creamy Chicken Box Patties

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken (boneless cubes) 500 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
NestlΓ© MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 cup

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Box Patties:
Samosa patti as required
Flour batter (All-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1/2 cup)
Creamy chicken filling as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Creamy Chicken Filling Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add chicken. Cook until the chicken changes color.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add capsicum, onion and cook until chicken is fully done. Add NestlΓ© MilkPak Dairy Cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Chicken Box Patties Preparation:
Take samosa patti, brush flour batter on it. Place another Samosal patti on it perpendicularly.
Add creamy chicken filling in the cross sectioned area.
Now wrap the samosa patti into box patty shape and seal the edges with flour batter.
Note: they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 15 days
Dip it in beaten eggs, coat in bread crumbs and deep fry until crispy and fully done.
Your Creamy Chicken Box Patties are ready.
