Here is why this is my new favorite cooking channel – The RECIPES! And, of course, Natasha. I love cooking shows but rarely are the recipes that great when I try them. America's Test Kitchen has been the most reliable… until now. We first tried the Beef Stroganoff – Amazing! Then the apple pie – Delicious (even with no brown sugar)! Almost every recipe was a hit (I like my chicken alfredo better but I still learned things from her video that made mine better and easier). Bravo and thank you so much for the resources on the website. They REALLY help!!! You are a gift.
This looks amazing and I will be making this for friends soon. Great job as always Natasha.

Thank you Natasha for this recipe!!! Yum
i only have sweet marsala, is this ok or not. would chicken thighs be ok.
What Marsala wine do you rec?
Made this tonight. It was a hit. Delicious. Thank you for sharing it.
It's important to the flavor of this dish, to use a REAL Sicilian Marsala; Colombo, Florio, Lombardo (usually available at Total Wine) or similar. The grocery store offerings by Gallo or Cribari do not compare. They're the "Miller Lite Beer" compared to "Guinness".
It’s a good recipe but I suggest you cook the chicken to 155 and it will be more tender when the dish is done.
My husband and I LOVE this recipe! Thank you so much for blessing the world with this. Also, love the editing work in your videos 😊
