  1. 2 Chicken Breasts
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Garlic Cloves, lightly crushed
    1/2 Onion, diced
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    240ml Chicken Stock
    1/2 Lemon, juiced
    1tsp Oregano
    1tsp Basil
    240ml Double Cream

    Serve with pasta or mashed potato

  2. Looks great. I'm sure it's wonderful coming back up after eating that medium rare chicken breast… I'm joking (sort of)… Make sure to get 170 internal on that chicken folks. Again… It does look delicious, though.

  3. Makes me chuckle when people complain "omg not seasoned" even though that was the whole point of making the sauce, Einsteins. Not everything needs to be crop-dusted with cheap and low quality powders to be flavorful.

  4. Dish is called garlic chicken, and it has 2 garlic cloves….. 2………… 2…….. I'm going over and making the 40 garlic clove chicken thanks 😆😆 it looks like a nice dish though tbh. I'm just a garlic girl 😆
