2 Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, lightly crushed
1/2 Onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
240ml Chicken Stock
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Basil
240ml Double Cream
Serve with pasta or mashed potato

Excellent recipe and demo btw. If you slice the chicken thinly, then the flavor and actual cooking or browning would be healthier and safer as well as tastier. Too thick and it stays less cooked inside.

Salt is needed?
This looks like a good recipe, well done. However, I am a vegetarian and I would use tofu instead of chicken.
Makes me chuckle when people complain "omg not seasoned" even though that was the whole point of making the sauce, Einsteins. Not everything needs to be crop-dusted with cheap and low quality powders to be flavorful.

Pro tip! Add the lemon at the end; to keep from boiling the juice. Your cream sauce wont get gritty, and the lemon juice won’t go bitter!
