Ingredients:
• Pasta: 200 g
• Mushrooms: 300 g
• Olive oil: 1 tbsp
• Black garlic: 3 cloves
• Spinach: 40 g
• Hummus: 160 g
• Pasta water: 1 cup
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Chop the mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add minced black garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook until the mushrooms are golden.
3. Toss in the spinach and sauté briefly until wilted.
4. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water.
5. Add hummus and pasta water to the mushroom mixture, stirring until smooth and creamy.
6. Mix in the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
