1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt (as required)
Pinch of Pepper powder
2 cups Vegetable broth OR Water
1 cup Dried Orzo pasta
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan, plus more for topping
Fresh Parsley (optional for serving)
