please never cream with seefood! Use pasta water instead of cream! But anyway nice pasta!

I looked at your homemade pasta recipe and I make it with 2 cups flour/3 eggs and teaspoon of salt. I was wondering if you ever mix the 00 flour with semolina flour for more texture in the pasta? Your noodles in this recipe looked firmer.
