400 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup wine
2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
more cheese and chopped parsley for garnish
