2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Brown on both sides and finish in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350F (depends on thickness)
8oz Pasta
1/2 onion & bell pepper
5 sun dried tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1-2 oz Parmesan or pecorino Romano
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2-4 oz spinach
