  1. Proper toasted marshmallows are done over coals. The browning comes from radiant heat, not flames. It's like using a pizza oven instead of a creme brulee torch.
    The perfect toasted marshmallow has a sticky core, a molten foamy goo of a "magma"/middle layer, and a uniform crust of a tan color that tastes completely different from a raw marshmallow. If this chef thinks this "toasted" marshmallow is "perfect", then he has never been to a bonfire/campfire & I pity him.

  2. If it's "perfect" as you claim, why are you frowning as you eat it? You have such a pained look on your face, lol. Your marshmallow should be a bit more cooked than you had it. Sorry, but we don't have to like the same thing cooked the same way. 😊
