Creme Brulee or Flan?🍮

✨Ingredients

-1 Cup Heavy cream
-1/3 cup sugar
-1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
-3 egg yolks
-pinch of salt

1. Over medium-low heat, heat up heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until it simmers not boil then leave it for a few minutes.
2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl to a creamy texture.
3. Slowly pour in the mixture until the custard is mixed through.
4. Bake over a water bath at 325°F for 40 minutes until jiggly at the center.
5. Cool inside a fridge for at least 2 hours, lightly pour sugar and torch until caramelized or broil in the oven for a few minutes.
