ちくわに入れてチン！誰にでもお勧めできる、かんたんお惣菜。 調理時間：15 分 分量：2人分 ＜材料＞ ・豚肉(挽き肉) ：80g ・しめじ ：1/2袋 ・にんにく ：1/2片 ・みょうが ：2本 ・大葉 ：2枚 ・ちくわ ：4本 A ・料理酒 ：小さじ1 ・みりん ：小さじ1 ・醤油 ：小さじ2 ・顆粒和風だし ：小さじ1 ＜手順＞ 1.しめじ、みょうが、大葉を細かくする。ちくわは真ん中に切れ込みをいれる。 2.豚ひき肉としめじを耐熱ボウルにいれる。 3.(2)に刻んだニンニク、Aを加えて600Wのレンジで2分30秒加熱する。 4.火が通ったら、みょうがと大葉を加え混ぜ合わせる。 5.ちくわの真ん中に詰めたら完成。 ＜アドバイス＞ しめじとみょうがはできるだけ小さくカット。ちくわに入りやすくなります。 source
