私は飲食じゃなくて物販だけど賞味期限の確認ってかなりシビアで、1週間に2回のペースで期限確認をしてます。
だから何ヶ月も切れたものが在庫として数えられて現場にあるのとか信じられないレベルで、普通だったら1日でも過ぎたら廃棄します。(期限切れの数週間前くらいから注意して見てます)
お客さんの口に入ってると思いますよ、この感じだと。だって数ヶ月間誰も気づかなかったんですもん、提供する前に毎回見るならこのお店はその期間営業してなかったんですかっていう…笑
あとね、平日休みとか関係ないですよ。言い訳甚だしいですね…興味もなかったですが、絶対に行きたくないお店です☺️
