    Easy Fried Chicken Recipe:-
    Ingredients:-
    For Marination (Chicken legs)

    300 ml Buttermilk

    1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

    1 tsp Pepper Powder

    1 tsp Cumin Powder

    1 tsp Onion Powder

    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

    1 tsp Garam Masala

    ½ Lemon (juice)

    ½ tsp Salt

    For Coating

    4 tbsp All-purpose Flour

    1 tbsp Corn Flour

    ½ tsp Pepper Powder

    ½ tsp Salt

    Oil for Deep Frying

    For Tandoori Mayonnaise

    ¼ cup Milk

    1 Garlic Clove

    6 Peppercorns

    ¼ tsp Salt

    ¼ tsp Lemon Juice

    1 pinch Sugar

    ¾ cup Oil

    1 tsp Tandoori Masala

    1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

    1 pinch Black Salt

    Instructions

    1. Prepare Chicken – Pound chicken legs lightly into tree-shape.

    2. Marinate – Mix all marination ingredients. Soak chicken for 30–60 mins.

    3. Coating Mix – Combine flour, corn flour, pepper, salt.

    4. Coat Chicken – Dredge marinated chicken in coating mix.

    5. Deep Fry – Fry until golden and crispy.

    6. Tandoori Mayo – Blend milk, garlic, peppercorns, salt, lemon, sugar.

    7. Emulsify – Slowly add oil while blending into creamy texture.

    8. Flavor – Add tandoori masala, chili powder, black salt. Blend smooth.

    9. Serve – Crispy fried chicken with tandoori mayo dip.
